Vision
In 2015, there exists a select group of 250 interconnected leaders from across the Middle East with the ability to accelerate personal and professional decisions.
Mission
To annually create the foundation of a network of high potential leaders from business, government, education, and civil society by bringing them together for an intense 11-day experience that expands their leadership capabilities and skills while helping them build strong long-term personal relationships and facilitating face-to-face meetings and professional opportunities.
